Customer service is TOPS!

Todd and his staff are more than accommodating. Very easy to work with. The premiums are such that I'm renewing for the third year in a row. I'm a shopper but they are hard to beat and Erie is a solid company.

Your Agency and Erie insurance has been professional and responsive to all my needs for the last 20 years thank you so much and no other insurance has been able to beat there price for me.

I backed into my wife's car in our yard last week. The Smith agency was so great with helping me and making the best for me from a bad situation. I've had Erie Ins. through the Smith Agency since I was a young man. They out did themselves this time. They also recommended Penn Automotive in Homstead Pa to do the work on both cars. I am a 65 year old man and have driven for 50 years and I have never been to a better place than Penn Automotive. They are professional, courteous, prompt, and caring about doing a good job. I am highly impressed with them. They are a family owned company and it's nice to see people that really care about what they do. I know I WILL use them again if I need some work. Excellent customer service and care. Being using LPL Risk Management for over 20 years. Every year couple of years they shop around my policy and save me money.
